Crepes By the Bay in St. Michaels

Good service and nice people, but the crepes need some work.

Amazing food and outstanding service.

So excited to have crepes this morning. A big happy greating as I walked thru the door. You can sit anywhere which is nice. The waitress was at the table 6 times in a 20 minute visit which was a little much for me but service was good. Ordered the ham and cheese crepe big mistake. It consisted of a extremely thin slice of processed lunchmeat style have a little mozzarella cheese, shredded iceberg lettuce swimming in sour cream/mayo sauce. The drowned out any flavor the crepe may of had. The dissapointment is overwhelming. I cannot recommend this resturant.

I ran in, ordered a ham and cheese crepe and it was delicious! Staff were welcoming, place looked cute and again the crepe was delicious.Only reason I didn't give 5 was because I didn't dine in and rate overall atmosphere. I plan to sit and eat next time.

Adorable little place with the friendliest of staff. If I lived there, I'd eat there everyday. Crepes were delicious, I had the banana & caramel. My husband had the fruit delight with Nutella. Holy moly, it was like dessert for breakfast!

This place is spectacular it is just amazing. The food is delicious. The service is fantastic. If I had to recommend a crepe it would be the Crab Breakfast Crepe. The flavor in this crepe is delightful. Go eat here it’s great. If you love crepes this a place for you. It’s a cute little restaurant. Amazing restaurant!!!!!

JUST AMAZING.....We come here every morning we're in St. Michaels....CBTB is a MUST.....the Monte Cristo is incredible. Thank you CBTB for your outstanding crepes and superior service year after year!!!

Who needs France! Bay Crepes it was good!

Went for a quick breakfast and was impressed! They have a big selection of crepes and a fun little vibe. They had every other table blocked off for social distancing as well. We ordered the fruit crepe and the crab crepe(picture). Everything tasted fresh and there was plenty of food. Would recommend checking it out when in town.

Great food and good service. The banana foster crepe is my favorite. Ildi is so welcoming. I refer guests there and they've always returned happy (and stuffed!). I definitely recommend stopping in for breakfast or lunch!

My wife got the bacon, egg, spinach mozzarella crepe and I got the crab, spinach, mozzarella, egg crepe. AMAZING, the waitress Tina was great and the chef amazing. The place is small and very clean. HIghly recommended. If I was to give this place a rating from 1 to 10, I'd give it a 15. It was that good.Rod Tozour

Crêpes by the Bay is a quaint little restaurant with good service, portions, food and atmosphere.

Dined here for breakfast. Ordered a "savory" crab crepe which was outstanding. The menu has conventional sweet crepes on one side and savory crepes on the other side. The savory crepes are more substantial in that you won't walk away hungry. CbtB has several other different very appealing crepes. Also nice rich coffee. Great value and not your grandmother's crepes.

Fantastic little spot! The Crepes were to die for ! The owner is a sweet woman from Hungary and makes a fantastic breakfast.

Was very surprised with this little place. Wanted breakfast & got a good one! Never had crepes before, so wanted to give it a try. Best decision ever! Good food & service. There is something for everyone here. Give it a try. You won't be disappointed.

We Love this restaurant!! We have been there at least 5x in one month. We ate out for a month at almost all the popular restaurants in St. Michaels and this is one we kept going back to. The crepes were yummy and we felt welcomed there!!! We also always combine the crepe with a mango smoothie. The smoothie is so delicious too! We tried their savory and sweet crepes and love them all. We will definitely be back there often. Congratulations with a wonderful restaurant!!!

You won't find a better crepe in the region!! Astonishing menu and variety of crepes by masters of the crepe. My friends and I loved having a different kind of breakfast . The spinach and artichoke crepe can't be missed

Not a lot of vegetarian friendly places (no, a salad is not going to cut it) in a town geared towards seafood, so this was a fantastic find. Not a fancy place, but the staff are warm and friendly. We enjoyed both a spinach cheese crepe, artichoke crepe and a fruit crepe. DELISH!

DELICIOUS FOOD! Seriously. The crepes were amazing. We had them to go because we were in the middle of a toddler meltdown but the staff was friendly and patient. We observed them interacting with other customers and providing great service.

Def getting a dessert crepe next time

Oh, it was amazing! Holly showed me more loving kindness in a few minutes than I have received in years. Blessings on her and the owner there! ...and, in case you were wondering, the food was all natural and fabulous!!!

Friendly service and atmosphere. The real downside is the crepes are expensive and subpar for what should be considered a crepe. It appears the crepe and toppings are pre packaged. Maybe their sweet crepes are better, I had a savory crepe.

The food we had was delicious! The smoothies were one of the many highlights, but the services was made us leave this review. Such nice people!

First experience there, had the Monterey Cristo, it was very good , the dessert crepes looked amazing, maybe for next time !!

I got the spinach crepe and a fruit bowl, my daughter had the crab breakfast - all of it was delicious. The restaurant is simple but worth the visit.

Go to spot for Breakfast and lunch in St Michaels. Wait staff was friendly and had great recommendations. We tried a number of different ones over the week which included the Mediterranean with Crab Meat added (because Maryland, thats why), Chicken Monterey and a Nutella with Strawberries and Bananas. I cannot say enough good things about all of them. Highly recommend.

Yikes guys! Maybe you all haven't had real crepes before? These were definitely edible and they were acceptable as a breakfast option. I will say that I was extremely upset to see the chefs and waitresses putting everything from my husbands crepe to other peoples drinks in the MICROWAVE. You do NOT microwave a crepe. There is no reason for this, what is the reason?! It made the crepe dry and chewy along the edges. Why wouldn't you have a kettle of hot water on your oven for the drinks? Everything that I saw come out of that kitchen, went into the microwave before it hit the table. It made me so sad.

Does what is does well. Food is good and reasonably priced. Service was fast.

This spot never fails to deliver. They have awesome dishes for reasonable pricing, there no long wait even when they are busy.
